1) Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box). We deliver in UK Mainland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland and WORLDWIDE
2) What is the store/click & collect process?
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message/email when your order has arrived (you will have 7 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel
3) Can the delivery country/region be different from the purchase country/region?
No. The delivery country/region must always be the same country/region in which the purchase was made
4) How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected at checkout.
5) How much do I pay for delivery service?
When processing your purchase, we will show you the shipping methods available for this order and we will indicate the shipping costs.

Is there any Tax/Duty on International Orders?
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
